1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original, unopened packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must submit a written description of the issue along with clear photographs of the item to jason@jschaffa.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions on how and where to send the package. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted. Processing a return request may take up to 30 days from the date the return item is received. Upon approval, a store credit refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within two (2) hours of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request a cancellation within this timeframe. Once the two-hour period has passed, all orders are considered final, and no changes can be made, including modifications to the shipping address, name, or item quantity. Orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
3. Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item or its packaging is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact jason@jschaffa.com promptly, so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the provided delivery address is secure for package drop-off. Once an item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring at the delivery location. It is the Customers responsibility to contact the delivering company.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Custom or personalized products, including special orders.
Items that have been used, worn, or removed from their original packaging.
For any concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.
6. Exchanges
JSCHAFFA Does not offer Exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact jason@jschaffa.com for further assistance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
